It’s important to be honest during the test to get the most accurate results. There are no right or wrong answers, and you should go with your first instinct on questions you’re unsure about.At the end of the test, you’ll be assigned a role and given a description of your key qualities. The possible roles are:

• Perfectionist – paying close attention to small details.
• Pragmatist – dealing with things in a sensible, practical way.
• Mediator – successfully managing conflicts and team relationships.
• Innovator – solving problems and coming up with exciting new ideas.
• Motivator – boosting motivation and managing morale.
